On Wednesday night and again on Sunday at the 8:30 service Pastor Pearl Taylor uses the Book of Esther to illustrate the effect of Love as opposed to Hate in our lives. Using Esther and Haman as examples of Love and Hate, Pearl tells the story of a man consumed by hate to the point that it destroyed both himself and his family. Hate does not have to be all consuming to affect our walk with The Lord, it can cost us growth, friendships, and even love. We hope this message is a blessing to everyone that hears it.
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
